As a dean, you'll definitely want to check out a student's achievement and attendance history in the Student Report. It's super helpful!

Also, if you're looking to find a list of students who meet certain NCEA criteria, like Year 11 students who haven't gained the credits needed for the literacy requirement, you can easily create lists in NCEA Reporting.

And for a quick summary of attendance for a group of students, just head over to Attendance Reporting.

Student Report

The Student Report contains all student data: student’s demographics, achievement history, qualification attainment, attendance and classes.

To access student reports, click on the Reporting tab.

NCEA Reporting

The NCEA Reporting page offers a filterable and editable list of students and their progress towards NCEA.

To access the page, under the Reporting tab, select the NCEA option.

Attendance Reporting

The Attendance Reporting page enables you to create a list of students in a selected cohort, for example a year level or tutor group, and their attendance.
