Start by logging in to KAMAR and navigating as follows:
Go to Setup > Server > Directory Services > EdPotential
Click on Check and Enable. This will check the connection to EdPotential.
Click on Student Details
Check that all Caregiver fields are selected
Click on Run Now
Click Update in the prompt
Let us know once you have completed this task and we'll check we've received the caregiver details.
