Start by logging in to KAMAR and navigating as follows:
Go to Setup > Server > Directory Services > EdPotential.
Click on Check and Enable. This will check the connection to EdPotential.
Click on Class Efforts in the list of Students details.
In the window that opens click on
Include Class Efforts
Send All
OK.
Click on Students Details to check that Caregiver Details aren't being sent unnecessarily. These are only required if you have enabled parent access to EdPotential. Untick the related options if they are not required.
Click on Run Now.
Click Update in the prompt.
