Reviewing your KAMAR Settings

There have been a couple of additions to the data fields which are able to be sent through from KAMAR. Now is a good time to review what is being sent to EdPotential. Only required data should be sent.

Start by logging in to KAMAR and navigating as follows:

• Go to Setup > Server > Directory Services > EdPotential.
• Click on Check and Enable. This will check the connection to EdPotential.

Class Efforts

If your school enters Class Efforts in the Attendance section in KAMAR, these results can now be sent through to EdPotential.

Caregiver Details

Click on Students Details to check that Caregiver Details aren't being sent unnecessarily. These are only required if you have enabled parent access to EdPotential. Untick the related options if they are not required.

Data Sharing

Please check you have changed your address in KAMAR Directory Services to kamar.goedpotential.com so that the data sharing options have been updated.
