On the dashboard you can view school-wide assessment data. Here you are able to monitor cohort progress over time by viewing longitudinal data.

Show charts: Click on heading to open a chart

Filter data: Click on Show options. Select by faculty/ gender/ ethnicity

Hover: Hover your mouse over the chart sections to see the details

Legend: Left click on a legend item to remove it from the chart

Right click on a legend item to show only that item

Y grades = students absent

V grades = standards not attempted

If you remove these grades (by clicking on them in the legend) you will see % visible when you hover. These are the percentages of the grades being shown. The % total still includes the hidden grades

Menu: Click on the [...] at the top right of the chart to show options

Change from percentages to numbers of grades

Click on Show table to add a table of values beneath the chart

In My Classes you have quick links to the reports for the classes you teach. You can review teaching and learning of standards.

The classes you teach or have taught in the past will be listed

Click on a class to view and analyse assessment results

If any of your classes are not listed, you can view these by going to Class Reporting.
