Sending Caregiver Details from KAMAR

In order to enable parent/caregiver access to student reports in EdPotential we require the details of students' authorised parents/caregivers.

This article explains how these details can easily be sent through from KAMAR Directory Services.

Start by logging in to KAMAR and navigating as follows:

• Go to Setup > Server > Directory Services > EdPotential
• Click on Check and Enable. This will check the connection to EdPotential.
• Click on Student Details
• Check that all Caregiver fields are selected

• Click on Run Now
• Click Update in the prompt

Let us know once you have completed this task and we'll check we've received the caregiver details.
