How to obtain the Sentral API Credentials

You will need to have the Enterprise version of Sentral and be a SUPERUSER to be able to access the API settings.

  1. Log in to Sentral (as a superuser)
  2. Click on the Setup icon (cog wheel) top right
  3. Select Integrations
  4. Scroll down to the Sentral Education RestApi integration
  5. Click on Configure
  6. Click Generate New Key
  7. Copy the key (API key)
  8. Copy the URL for this Sentral page (the Tenant ID is in the URL)
  9. Securely share the API key and the URL with EdPotential via this form
