Exporting NZ Junior Assessment Data
Your school's junior assessment data can be added to EdPotential, however, we first need to be given the information.
Files containing student results can be downloaded from assessment providers, which can then be passed along to us. This article outlines the process.

For PAT and e-asTTle results, it can be beneficial to send as many years of data as the number of years students attend your school. Fo example, if students attend from Year 7 to Year 13, including 7 years of data will enable you to view progress from Year 7 for current Year 13 students in EdPotential.
PAT
If you are using PAT Assist, the PAT Assist file can be exported from the NZCER Assist site.
To download your students' data from NZCER Assist in a CSV excel file, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on Admin
Step 2: Click on SMS Download tab (top of the screen, under Admin)
Step 3: Choose the tests, year, and term
Step 4: Click SMS download
If you are not yet using PAT Assist, you'll need to export one file for each PAT assessment type you use from the NZCER Marking site.
