Viewing CIE achievement by class or individual student

EdPotential enables you to view CIE data broken down by different categories. This article outlines how to view achievements by class, or by individual students.

Achievement by class

1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab, and click into My Classes. 
2. Select a class from the list (e.g. 13BIC-REN). This will send you to the next screen: Present the data.

3. Click browse (located underneath What do you want to plot?), and fill out the required options. Data displayed here will only be related to the students in the class you selected back in Step 1.
   1. Select the required School specific (e.g. Courses).
   2. Select the required Faculty (e.g. Science).
   3. Select the Course of interest (e.g. 13 Biology).
   4. Select the Syllabus of interest (e.g. 9700 - Biology).
   5. Select the required results (e.g. Grade).

4. If you wish to compare results across a single year, select the required or available year under the heading Years of interest (e.g. 2016). 
   1. Data relating to ethnicity, gender, quintile and related classes can only be selected for a single year of interest, not multiple years.
5. A bar chart will now automatically generate, using the default filter under the heading And compare results, (e.g. across year selection).

Move your cursor across the chart to view the full details of the sample.

Achievement by individual student

1. From the Reporting tab select Student.
2. Click on a specific student's name to bring up a detailed summary of their results.
   1. To help you search, type a student's name into the search bar up the top or order by the various list filters.
