Viewing overall NCEA achievement for specific year levels

EdPotential enables you to view a full school overview or view achievement by a specific year level. This article outlines the data options when exploring this information.

1. Click into the Dashboard tab, and ensure you have School Overview selected. Here you'll see a list of standards you can view.
2. Select the arrow beside the assessment summary you wish to view (e.g. NCEA Achievement Standard).
3. A chart showing the overall summary results for all NCEA Level 1 results for your school will be generated, and you can click between varying levels at the top of the chart.
4. Move your cursor over the chart to view the full details of the sample.

To further narrow your view, click the Show options filter, and select a specific faculty. The listed standards will automatically refresh.
