Identifying NCEA students within a cohort
This article outlines how you can filter students by specific groups within EdPotential.
Filtering Students:
- Navigate to the Reporting tab and select Student.
- Click Show more filters, to show the list of additional filters. Tick the options to make your selection.
- Once you have made your selection, the cohort of students will be displayed in the list below.
You can filter students by gender, fee type, ethnicity, ESOL and year level.
You can also filter by cohorts of students who do (and/or don't) have:
- NCEA L1 Certificate
- NCEA L2 Certificate
- NCEA L3 Certificate
- University Entrance
- L1 Literacy
- L1 Numeracy
- UE Literacy
- UE Numeracy
