NCEA national bench-marking data on EdPotential

NCEA national bench-marking data is uploaded to EdPotential when it is released each year. You'll be able to access this as soon as it's available - there's nothing you need to do!

National bench-marking data allows you to compare your school's NCEA results against the average results within NZ, and against the average of others within a particular decile. 

This national data may be used to compare any charts (excluding box and whisker charts) that you plot within the Explore the data tab. 

  • Once you have plotted a chart, make a selection in the dropdown box beside Compare national to compare against all deciles, or choose a specific decile. 
  • Once you have made a selection, a chart will appear alongside your school results with the national comparison.
