View individual student NCEA achievements
On EdPotential, you're able to view individual student achievements for NCEA. This article outlines how you can access this data.
Student Reporting:
- Navigate to the Reporting tab, and click Student.
- Click a student's name to view a detailed summary of their results. In this example, we'll use River Mahoney.
- To help you locate a student, type their name into the search bar up the top or order by the various list filters.
Once you click on a student, you'll see a breakdown of their individual results. Examples are below.
The 'greyed out' areas in the results charts indicate the number of potential credits the student could achieve. This is calculated from the number of standards entered in the course the student is enrolled in (NYA = not yet assessed).
In the Student Overview section near the bottom, click any of the student's assessments to bring up the school comparison chart. The bar that the student 'belongs' to is shaded. You can hide this popup by clicking the X.

When searching for a student, you can also search using filters. Select Show more filters next to the search box to show the filter options.
