Generating class and course summary reports on EdPotential

EdPotential enables you to generate an overall summary report for an entire course or class. This article outlines how you can do this in the platform.

The steps in this article can also be used to generate a class report by using the Class option instead of the Course option in Step 1.

This method will also work for any curriculum.

  1. From the Reporting tab, select Course. Next, select your options:
    1. Select the required Faculty (E.g. Mathematics).
    2. Select the required Course (E.g. Mathematics - Level 2).
    3. Select the required Year (E.g. 2021). A summary report of the course will then be automatically generated.

Move your cursor over any chart to view the sample data.

Use the options at the top of the page to print the report (or download as a PDF). You can also add section titles or breaks.

Use the Edit tool (displayed as a pencil icon) to create text sections in the report. Your text will be in the report when printed but will not be saved in the report.

Use the Print tool (displayed as a printer icon) to print the report or to save the report as a pdf.

Use the Export tool in the class report (displayed as a download icon) to export the data behind the report.

After clicking on the pencil you will see the below.

The bin icons allow you to delete any of the sections in the report before printing. The sections will not be permanently deleted.
